DHG hereby disclaims any and all liability for any omissions or errors in or to the Information or the content of this site generally.
2. Copyright Notice.

Generally, DHG Photography (the firm) and/or its parent company, is the owner of the copyright of a photograph or image.    3. YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OR ARE AUTHORIZED BY THE COPYRIGHT OWNER TO USE ANY COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS SUBMITTED OR PROVIDED BY YOU. UNAUTHORIZED USE MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW AND COULD RESULT IN LIABILITY BY YOU.
3. Images. Any images contained in or displayed by DHG on this site, other than as submitted by you, are the property of DHG or are used by DHG with the consent of the copyright holder and person(s) if any, appearing in such images. Commercial mockup advertisements, layouts and/or spreads are displayed and intended for graphic design purposes only. No affiliation with such name, brand, trademark or label should be associated with DHG and/or its services. Subject to paragraph 2 hereof, the use by you of any such images (or any portions thereof) without the express written consent of DHG and/or the copyright holder is prohibited. 4. Submissions.
   1. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to DHG through this site (collectively the "Submission") will forever be the property of DHG. And DHG will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future DHG operations. Without limitation, DHG will have the exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. DHG will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purposes whatsoever without compensation to you or other persons and/or entities sending a Submission. 5. Intellectual Property. Restrictions on the use of the text, images, graphics, sound files, animation, video and/or their arrangement on DHG Website are all subject to intellectual property right protection and such material from DHGPHOTOGRAPHY.com and any other world wide web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by DHG, any of its related, affiliated and/or parent company, may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of DHG. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates DHG intellectual property rights. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this site, but remain with DHG, who owns full and complete title to the material in this site.
